  I went in to get a drink and some change for the car park to have the woman snarl at me for giving her a 10 pound note... she did not appear to want my money. She took my money, i asked her for some small change as we needed it for parking and she refused, and gave me notes and a 2 pound coin... My partner went back to plead for some change and again the woman just got shirty...
  
  After travelling around the globe, I haven't met a ruder person in a tourist establishment in my life! It really put me off ever going into that place ever again. Everything is overpriced in the shop. They really don't deserve your custom or money.
